Orlando: the company town for themed entertainment.
The THRILL Lab is about to spend some extended time in Orlando. We’ll be learning, writing, watching, and riding our way to progress on the rider eligibility / ride analysis challenge and tools for human factors applications in the attractions industry.
We’re still looking for graduate research assistant with previous studies in cognitive ergonomics and eligible for admission to a Ryerson Engineering graduate program. If you email me to inquire, be sure to explain your previous studies and your research question(s): you’ll help me with mine, but you need your own as well. Ideally your questions will be pertinent or researchable within the attractions industry.
Toronto is still “home” and we’ll be home very soon for the CNE construction with some tweets and blogging from the midway.
